The warm welcome from Pierre set the tone for my stay right from the start. The hotel's design feels like a charming home, not a typical busy hotel. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the shower. I particularly loved the garden, a lovely spot for breakfast amid palm and lemon trees, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The nearby tram station made getting around Nice super easy, just a quick 10-minute ride to the beach. Son, the owner, was incredibly helpful with local tips, whether for restaurants or sights to see. However, I did notice some noise late in the evenings from foot traffic nearby, which occasionally disrupted my peace. Also, the breakfast variety could have been broader. I'm still looking forward to coming back to this unique place.

The breakfast with local pastries was a treat! The hotel was just a short walk to the tram, making it easy to explore the Quay of the United States and Port. Son was super helpful with tips on where to go and what to see.
The only downside was some noise from the nearby streets at night, which made it hard to sleep at times.

The garden view was a lovely bonus, offering a peaceful ambiance during our mornings.
At times, the noise from nearby streets interrupted our restful nights.

We loved using this hotel as our base to explore all that Nice has to offer, particularly enjoying visits to the vibrant Port and the local culture. The tranquil garden was a delightful spot for breakfast, and they even welcomed our furry family members!
In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

Charming decor with a delightful little garden perfect for breakfast or a pre-dinner drink. Convenient access to public transport, making trips into the bustling city center a breeze.
The location feels a bit disconnected from the main attractions, requiring a noticeable walk to reach public transport options. Plus, some rooms show signs of age, lacking the modern luxury expected for the steep price tag.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
